Success vs Motivation

I had an interesting realization a few years back, one of the biggest individual struggles of being successful is realizing how lazy you actually are. When you realize how much effort you would need to put in to give 100% and soar in work, love, and self you can want to shy away. Why can't it all be easy?
Success in anything requires time, effort, and work. When you get comfy in your lifestyle, making changes, even if they are little can be overwhelming. We always talk about putting our best foot forward and can often not want to follow through with what that would require. It's not that we don't want to move forward, just that we may be doubting ourselves.
Finding the right motivation can be a lifesaver, as well as not taking on too much on at once. One change at a time, one habit, one new organizer, etc. I found making a daily list of only 4-5 things I need to do helps me. I have a long-term list that I can see and then these dailies tasks keep me paced to keep moving forward so I don't get overwhelmed.
I am still figuring it out, but it is one thing at a time right! Let's be honest, if it was easy to do, it wouldn't be worth it.
